About the Case

USA v. Belcher

Dr. Belcher's home and that of his wife and children was raided in 2016 by FBI agents serving a federal warrant. Dr. Belcher was convicted in federal court for misstating on a claim to CIGNA insurance the correct date for a physical therapy session actually received by one of his patients. The claim was for $217.

If his conviction stands, Dr. Belcher stands to lose his military pension and the hospital privileges needed to practice as a surgeon. He is the primary caregiver for his three teenaged children.

Attorney
I am a retired Air Force Officer from the U.S. Military. I am also a Vietnam Veteran and have served this country for over 20+ years. I am appalled and upset regarding the matter of a fellow veteran, Dr. Gregory Belcher. I encourage the Biden Administration to grant Dr. Belcher a full pardon and restore all of his civil and military rights.
